We use Hydraulic Volumetric Expansion Test and Water Jacket Method to maintain and test our gas cylinders. All cylinders that send in for refilling, to ensure the safety, will be automatically checked for validity. Another Specialty of ours is in maintenance of ISO Tanks. The Shell and Accessories on ISO tank shall be inspected and tested before being put into service. An exceptional inspection and test shall be performed regardless of the date of the last periodic inspection and test when necessary.
We provide planning and construction of new gas pipeline system depending on client requirement and advice on gas pipeline safety and accessories needed. Our services also include dismantling of used and/or reconstruct a new pipeline and even extend existing and/or to relocate pipeline to new point of use.
Chem-Gas has a fleet of modern trucks and transport vehicles, to ensure fast and efficient delivery of gas cylinders. We also have a number of 20 foot-containers sized transport tanks. (with variable working pressure between 10kg/cm2 to 24kg/cm2 and a Liquid capacity between 17,000 to 20,000 litres) These are suitable for supplying liquid products and for ship purging purposes, both quayside and offshore.
